The customer portal gives your end users a self-service interface to view and manage their licenses. It is hosted at customer.keyport.sbs.

Signing in

Customers can authenticate using either of two methods:
  • Email — customers receive a sign-in link or code via email
  • Discord — customers authenticate through their Discord account
KeyPort resolves customer identity against a global customer record. If a customer signs in with email and later with Discord, those identities can be linked over time into a single record.

What customers can do

Once signed in, customers can:
  • View all licenses associated with their account
  • Inspect the status and expiry date of each license
  • Review IP-related history exposed in the portal
  • Initiate or cancel transfer requests on licenses that support transfers
The customer portal is for end users only. Dashboard features for managing products, configuring licenses, reviewing analytics, and other admin workflows are not part of the customer portal.
