The Analytics section gives you visibility into how your organization’s licenses are being used and how close you are to your plan limits.
Available metrics
Daily API usage
A chart showing the number of API calls made against your organization each day. Use this to track growth, spot unusual spikes, and compare live usage against your plan’s daily API limit.
License counts by status
A summary of licenses across your organization broken down by status — for example, active, expired, and revoked counts. This helps you understand the overall health of your license inventory.
Recent validation activity
A feed of recent validation events. Use this to confirm that new deployments are reaching the API correctly and to investigate customer-reported access issues.
Top product activity
An organization-level view of which products are generating the most validation requests. This makes it easier to identify your highest-traffic products and prioritize accordingly.
Organization vs product analytics
Analytics are available at two levels:
| Level | Where to find it | What it shows |
|---|
| Organization | Analytics in the main sidebar | Aggregate usage across all products, top product activity, org-wide license counts |
| Product | Products > [your product] > Analytics | Validation counts and trends scoped to that single product |
Using analytics to monitor limits
The analytics dashboard surfaces your organization’s current usage alongside its plan limits. Check this view after releases or billing changes to confirm you have headroom and to catch unexpected usage before it causes service disruptions.
If daily API call counts are approaching your plan’s limit, consider upgrading to Pro or Enterprise before the limit is hit to avoid validation requests being blocked.
