KeyPort offers three plans. Your plan determines the limits applied to products, licenses, members, and daily API usage across your organization.
For the full feature-by-feature and limit-by-limit plan matrix, see Plans & Limits.

Plans

The Free plan is available to all accounts at no cost. It includes:
  • Up to 10 products per organization
  • Up to 200 licenses per organization
  • 1 member per organization (owner only)
  • 2 organizations per user
Free is suitable for early-stage projects and personal use.
The Pro plan unlocks higher limits for growing teams:
  • Up to 200 products per organization
  • Up to 5,000 licenses per organization
  • Up to 15 members per organization
  • 2 organizations per user
Upgrade to Pro from Settings > Billing in the dashboard.
Enterprise plans include organization-specific overrides for products, licenses, members, and daily API call limits. Contact your account manager to configure limits that match your scale.
  • Products, licenses, and members: override or unlimited
  • Organizations per user: 2 by default, overrideable
  • Custom daily API limits per organization

Upgrade your plan

Go to Settings > Billing and click Upgrade. Select the Pro plan and complete checkout. Your new limits take effect immediately after payment is confirmed.

Billing states

Your organization’s billing state controls whether the license validation API continues to serve responses.
StateWhat it means
activeSubscription is current. All API validation requests are served normally.
billing_gracePayment is overdue but the organization is still being served during a short grace period.
billing_suspendedThe grace period has ended. The public validation API returns billing_suspended for all license checks.
cancelledSubscription has been cancelled or downgraded per the current billing record.
When your organization enters billing_suspended, your customers’ license validation requests will fail with a billing_suspended error until the subscription is renewed. Update your payment details or upgrade your plan immediately to restore service.

What happens when you hit a limit

If you reach your plan’s product, license, or member limit, the dashboard blocks the relevant creation action and displays an upgrade prompt. Existing data is not affected — you just cannot add more until you upgrade or remove existing records.
